This may have been started be 4 but any one no how to get the 205 turbo 16? not the rally car the normal one. REPLY ASAP

Hello newbie and welcome to GTP. Before the posse comes out to get ya, a little searching through the forum would've been good. See the 2nd thread where it says "READ THIS", do it....it had your answer.

Excluding these, the rarest cars appearing in the lists are:
80s/Historic:
1966 Honda S800
1968 Mazda 110S (L10B)
1965 Nissan Silvia (CPS311)
1983 Nissan Silvia 240RS (S100)
1973 Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R
1985 Peugeot 205 Turbo 16
1980 Renault 5 Turbo

Each of which appears just twice in the 100 week cycle.

Next time, don't be in such a rush to post straightaway....take your time and search.
