22B STi settings...

I feel dumb for saying this but is it just me or does other people have a weird 22B?

I tried tuning it over and over and over...the car settings feels like it's totally off. I have no problems with the other line of Imprezas'. But it's just the 22B.

I usually test my cars on the Tsukuba Circuit. Could it be because of the 22B's 17x8.5 tires? short short short gear ratios? weight?...

I gave up on tuning it cause...it's just weird. So I now have a "Sport's Tuned" STi Spec C.

what do you mean by weird? anyways, check my settings and review from race reports, and try them out.

it understeers when i floor it out of the apex or if I lower the springs, stabilizers it still understeers or rolls too much. I tried messing with the toe/camber settings.

Give this a quick try...

Spring Rate. Front 9.0 Rear 12.0.

Toe settings -2 front 3 rear.

Stabilizers 1 front and 3 rear.

Do no use the VCD... Keep it stock.

LSD 10/20/10 Front 10/25/10.

Should take care of the understeer problem...

hmmm...I'll try use that setup when I get my PS2 back.

Here's my LSD settings.

Front 30/35/5

Rear 25/45/25

Then the VCD, I set it to more like RWD feel. TCS off. I also like for the rear to kick out but I'll try that toe 3 rear.

Your problem is the LSD... Remember that when you add power the LSD you make it harder turn the car... The settings I gave you should provide good traction while still allowing the car to turn around.
