Owkey update from BMW it was a rear suspension failure. It's being fixed currently and will be sent back out again in a couple of minutes...

And the Strakka Racing #42 has a problem...

Sweet. I hope BMW finishes.

What did Anthony Davidson say about the Corvette crash? I missed his interview.

Basically he was saying it was all Collard's fault, the GT cars are annoying, get in the way and their races are unimportant.

Talking 🤬 and acting like a mardy little kid. 'Its not my fault he did it' when it was clearly his fault.👎

What a complete tw*t. Has anybody managed to speak to the Corvette guys, or Collard?

Fehan gave his usual political speech to the media saying they where just going to get back out there and not quit but didn't really mention Davidson or really say what you know he wanted to say.

and the #8 just went head first into arnage.

Fair enough, sort of usual not wanting to say anything controversial type interview?

Man, if I was Collard and someone pushed a microphone in my face, not sure I'd be able to be so diplomatic.

EDIT: Beaten AGAIN to the bounce! #8 Audi off. Does this gift 2nd to the #1 🤬 - I mean, Peugeot team?

Dick Dastardly Davidson :dunce:

I think all racing drivers are like that really. Hyper competitive people are not normally very nice people to know. That's why PR people get them to say very boring bland things in interviews most of the time.

You sure? I've known some to come across as thoroughly decent guys, maybe in the heat of racing though, you're correct. Oliver Gavin always strikes me as a good bloke, and I remember meeting Jason Plato a few years ago, thoroughly nice chap :)

But yeah...hmm, not much love for Davidson here.

If my calculations are correct (albeit very rough), the Audi should be able to hold on to their lead, although very barely.
