Is Audi doing a 7-8-9 formation finish or 9-8-7 or some other combination?

They're doing a 1-2-3 formation finish. The car numbers are irrelevent.

I understand that it's 1-2-3, but I was just wondering if they are going to put the car numbers in any certain order.

There're just bunching them up for a photo finish, they will stay in the order that they were running.

I just want to see the Drayson Racing car cross the line, they have so much bad luck and wont be classified as a finisher but they really deserve to make it to the end 👍

I've just looked at the Corvette incident with the Peugeot, and I have to say I'm baffled at what happened. The Peugeot had already overtaken the Corvette, and the Peugeot did not hit the rear of the Corvette which would explain the sudden oversteer the Corvette was experiencing. What a weird incident...

*EDIT*

Holy crap, Audi 1-2-3, no Marc VDS, no Flying Lizard, no Risi, no Corvettes, no Peugeots, still no Aston on the podium... What a depressing race this has been.

the angle shown on the video dosnt show it very well. since it was thew the Porsche curves as soon as they came out of the corner the camera picks up on the vette had to commit to the next turn. it committed to that turn when the Puegot put its self in the path the corvette was already committed to forcing Coulard to change his line after he already committed which resulted in the crash. If Davidson would have been patient none of that would have happened.

Me too:tup: Paul Drayson is a great bloke and so are the team, unfortunately it's another year of dissapointment for them at Le Mans

It's out. I believe there's only the Saleen, and the Aston left in the GT1 Class.

Edit: Corvette is also left in the GT1 Class

Game over. Audi might as well clinch the win at Le Mans. NO repeat for Peugeot. I guess I'm done for tonight (but I'll still try to watch the finish).
Headline should read as follows: "Repeat for Peugeot? Audi says '9(nein)'"

It might be the ugliest, but clearly its the most effecient.
Ugly, but DEADLY!

Hope they let the other class leaders catch up and join in the photo.

German brains over French muscle:indiff:
Strategy over raw speed:indiff:
Congratulations on the Win and the new number of lap Records for all Audi fans:tup:
