yes, an opel astra opc, the dtm race car like the audi tt-r.

the sound is great indeed, i love it. such a v8 star race car would be cool to have in GT4. a real roadcar with good handling, unlike the nascars, but a nascar like engine with and pure driving without fancy electrics.

I don't believe so. You can tell just from listening to his shifts (even though shorter gear ratio's help in the twistys). Maybe his power to wieght ratio or his exit speeds were to slow? However he did catch up to the Audi in the back end of the Nord. Could be just something as simple as horsepower.

yes...prolly just a HP issue...i thought it was the ratios because around the 7:25-40 mark, it sounds like he's redlining...o wells..still got killed by the TT-R

He was stuck behind the Civic which I guess let the TT catch up, but the Audi is a quicker car anyway. Great video by the way. Now I know why they call the track 'Green Hell'! Anyone have any videos of the older racing cars minus downforce taking off over the hills? They are amazing to see.
