What is it? The best 24 of the world or continent? You have to be al least DR A, SR S.

I'm DR B, so i can't participate. But can i watch the race or something?

Not currently..... I'd like to watch too. They tend to end up on YouTube after but you'll need to find the server that's right for you (Asia, Europe & Americas)
