250 mph+ Civic?

Hi all, I was having a high speed run on Le Mans the other night when a Civic blasted past me at over 250 mph! Any ideas???

It's a 'hybrid' car, I'm pretty sure that if you look into that thread you will find all the answers you need!

Basically, it's a hack.
