2player Battle

I saw some vids on utube where a BMW 2002 Turbo in splitscreen racing a BMW M5.both cars where tuned.How do i get my cars tuned in splitscreen?

You have to choose the cars for the two player session from the memory card. I've played GT4 two player exactly once so I don't remember where the option is but my bet is to the right of the favourites list. In other words, the upper row (the names improvised as I really don't remember) would be "Alphabetical", "Era Specific", Favourites and then the memory card garage at the extreme right. It's somewhere there, explore a bit and you'll get it.

Is it possible to fit roadcars with race tires in a 2playerbattle?

Nope.

Also race cars can't get sports or normal tyres in 2 player battle.

You can use your settings, but there are tire restrictions.., 👎

Also, you can't have different tyre compounds at the front and rear. Such as S3/S2 or R5/R4. It's always the same compound front and rear.

Not a problem for our S3/S3 cars, but some cars that may have S3/S1 or R3/R1 setups might suffer.
