Wow! Had an awsome race for second place with Ford-Driver trough the first 10 laps bumper to bumper racing!! Just awsome!! I was keeping close to Sach for the first 8 laps but he was on a class of his own tonight! Congratulations on a great victory my friend! Well deserved!

i had to go back and watch the replay to see some good racing. Ford-drive and Jav had a good battle for like 10 laps. I was just trying t beat my lap times.

Your tune was vary good, however upon recieving your HP was at 527, putting you slightly over the limit. There are several remiders of the limit in the thread. You will get your prize car, but you will also be given a 5 point penalty.

Post oil change sach, you're at 554. If you keep ECU at standard, you sit at 524, which is within the rule.

It says somewhere that power to weight ratio must stay within the limit, the penalty stands.

Yes, the winner of each race will have an inspection, and pending the inspection will recive a $75,000 (in game) prize car of their choice. Second will recieve around $20,000 tuning part, 3rd gets $5000 tuning part. At the end of the season the top 3 must have cars inspection. Each pending passing will recieve prize cars to be announced. A failed inspection will result in a penalty, 5 points if over the limit, and 5 extra points for every .05 HP/kg over the limit (10 if .55...) multiple fails will result in increased penalties. Any more than 10 HP over the limit (for your car) will result in loss of prize along with the penalty.

I want to switch to a rx8, the 97 rx7 was too much of a handful. Whatever you have to do, if you want to take away my points from the first round I understand, but im not going to run the rest of the series in that standard pos. The specs on the rx8 are 1068kg, and 533hp. let me know if this works. thanks

after seeing all of the sti's last nite i was thinking of going to an EVO...would you allow that for the sake of diversity

I'll allow it since you're going premium, just remember, in your case the HP must not go above 534, I suggest you break it in and fix it if there is a problem. Sach got penalized for being over the limit, and there's a post above that explains the inspection process.

With the limitations, straight line speed won't be an issue, the only thing I can see holding up the RX-8 would be handling, but a good setup should make it competitive. Also he probably wants a premium car.

You need to label that tune a family secret! But if your willing to share i'd love to see what you did with it. It wouldn't do anything for my R34 but it could help me with some of my other RWD tunes.

If my tires weren't gone after lap 9 we would've battled like that until the end. I have to do some tweaking on the car for next race.

I'm so tempted to step in with an Lan Evo VI but i'm just not sure if I wanna give up the Z32 it seemed to do really well on Trial Mountain. I know I can do better on Grand Valley and I just love that track (It has some longer straights that might help). Interesting how the under 2 liter cars smoked us over 2 liters on Trial Mount not unexpected (they were all 4WD xept the RX if my memory serves correctly but still all were very fast; FD most of all despite the RWD platform). I was expecting that but wow those subies were consistent. I don't think the 2L+ to 3L class can catch up with the line up of courses we have but you never know right? Just can't wait for some more great races and competition see you guys next week thanks for a great race!

We'll see how class 3 fares down the stretch, but I don't think breaking the 4wd's into their own class would be much help, because then sach would dominate that class.

Hehe not looking for any separation of classes just was reflecting on the first race. I think we have some really great match ups. I'm just excited to see how the rest of the season turns out. Have to say I love subarus but my favorite AWD platform would be a Evo VI. Would be fun to see one against all you subies although the Evo X would probably be more formidable.

I can't change up now gotta ride out the series with my Z plus it's my favorite car so.... we will see what happens. I'll try to get some picks up there were some good battles out there and some great pics I have yet to capture.
