Yeah…. Not sure how I’m supposed to win like this.

Take a Skyline R32 or R33 or R34 or GT-R fit Medium or Hard tires on it, pit early for wet tires, don't change back too late and bet on fuel consumption. On 4 -6.
So that you can get by with one fill up.

OMG you can use wet tyres?!!! I've been limping around on Sports Hard tyres, as it only lists Sports in the permitted tyre types at the start.

Like many other missions, this one seems to be bugged. I had won it in 37:06, but tried again with a different car to go for a faster time, and was 2nd despite doing 36:12 (Focus RS '18). On my friends list someone has a 1st place with 37:31.

Edit: Just tried it again, I can't see that you can use wet tyres. I bought wet tyres, and tuned the car so it was below 600 with wet tyres, then put the sports hards back on to be able to start the race. When I pitted, it only offered me sports tyres, there was no option to use the wet tyres.

Edit: Okay, this mission is just silly. I just won it with the R34 GT-R in 34:49, 2nd on my friends list, but the reason it was so fast is because the race was simply massively less wet than any previous time I did it. Having a leaderboard for times is pointless because the conditions can differ enormously.

It was very early in the morning, I think I made a mistake with the tires at the races. But the rest is fine, save gas and take a 4x4 car that has sufficient power even with fuel mixture on a lean mixture.

I tried again with the r32 gtr I came in third because I sat in the pits on my phone instead of choosing a tire hahaha I only had the one tire option so I didn’t think to click it 😂

If anyone is still struggling with this mission and needs an easy win, I just signed with Lambo for Manufacturers to get the Gr.4 Huracan for free to try in this race. It can no-stop the race with sports hards, fuel mix 6, and short shifting. I won by over a minute. I had brake balance all the way to the rear to help with tyre wear, which is more on the fronts. Braking below 100% will also help.
