You can get a 370z Tuned Car from GT Academy 2010 with those tickets. You won't get a new 2012 Academy car from there, I'm afraid. The newer cars were only glitched to be tradable last year. However recently they have become more widespread.

Are you looking for the Tuned car, or the regular GTA 370z? You could try this thread?https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=267659 .👍 The car you're looking for can only be traded as a Green colored ticket.
