Works for me. It goes dim yellow/amber(?) and then bright yellow.

Thanks for the answer, that's another thing that doesn't work on ps4.
I wouldn't be surprised if the glitched liveries on playstation were all fine on xbox. Especially the most broken:
- Porsche 991 GT3 R (#00 - first paintjob)
- 812 superfast (rosso mugello)
- Celica (#02 - repsol livery)

Edit: Is the Porsche supposed to have a vertical stripe on the driver's door? Mine doesn't show it from web pics.

The rosso mugello color looks like a dark metallic red. I guess, the color of wine.

As for the Celica, all I can see are that Marlboro is replaced with a red horizontal bar, either side of the car.

Ok, so Rosso Mugello on Xbox is fine. About the celica / porsche, this is how the glitched liveries look like:

If they're white, then they're ok.
