Own a Pair of Vector Prototypes and Help the Company Fund Its New Car

I'll admit, I do get a kick out of the W8. It's not for performance or for styling, though...rather, it's for quirky things such as the use of a chain-drive GM Turbo Hydra-matic 425 3-speed automatic--originally utilized in Oldsmobile Toronados and Cadillac Eldorados--turned sideways with a spur gear final drive in place of the bevel drive to the differential.

Beyond that, I'm left wondering why the company just won't die.
 
I remember hearing about the WX-8 and its wild claims years ago, years after learning about the brand from GT2. The WX-3 prototype is way cooler than the M12. If this means the WX-8 project can get off the ground that would be cool.
 
To be honest, I didn't hear the name of Vector before GT2. But when you discover the W8, radical design (radical transmission too, automatic 3 gears).
Just remember W8 was a cheated road car in the game.

Since more 10 years, the company try to come back. Not optimistic.
 
I've met Gerald Wiegert...he's been a semi-regular at a local Coffee & Cars event. At one of the events, we started chatting and then walked around together checking out some of the cars. He must be really desperate to get this new car going. He’s had these for years and they were seen more often than the W8s that were built.
