Wheels aren’t cross compatible?? That’s lameThat's absolutely awesome news, and the 997 version as well!
The decision to get a wheel for my PS4 and not my XBO seems entirely justified right now.
Would this be considered new to the franchise or a remastered vehicle?
Released, "first time ever", in GRAN TURISMO Sport.Would this be considered new to the franchise or a remastered vehicle?

Maybe you can get a Driver Hub
I really hope its the 997.1 model of the GT3
That's odd. I thought it said 2006, which would made it a 997.1. But the image I saw pretty clearly shows the 997.2.Despite being called a 2008, the image in the other thread shows it's a 997.2 GT3.

Seeing this, I was surprised that Kaz still owns his 996 and it remains stock condition.
And when GTS had old cars, I thought this car may be coming...

I feel the same. And I do love it despite the egg fried lights just like the rest of the 996 range. I think part of it is because is the first of the GT3's, which has now gone on to even a more mythical status than the legendary turbo models, and now seen as most purest drivers car in the 911 range. Also in white with the red side graphics and red rims it is very reminiscent of the beloved 1973 911 carrera rs. And finally, the very distinctive rear wing that looks like it is barely hanging on.Weirdly, the 996 is my favorite 911 GT3, although the 996 doesn't appeal to me as much as others. But this particular version is a very important one in Porsche history.
