All great stuff to be honest! Those 4 things together almost feel like half an expansion.

Route creator = finally! awesome!
Horizon story = I love these, bring it on!
Halloween goodies = sure, why not
Season goodies = yummie!

I would have just been happy with just the route creator, but seeing that they're adding more races and story content with updates is even better! Looks like they're really committing to giving this game a lot of longevity.
