So, is this indeed a wheel for over 1000$? Then why is in the description that it is a wheel for 600$?

Technically, the motor stays the same. It never had a smaller motor. They were working on a smaller motor, but every pre-order DD1 came with DD2 motor, only limited in torque. The smaller motor didn't meet their requirements, so they're scrapping that and just selling the DD1 with a DD2 motor.

@super_gt, is there a way to bipass the torque key function on a DD1? I bought mine second hand, and the seller forgot to include the torque Key. I’m using a Porsche GT3 rim, so I promise I’m not trying to pull a fast one. I need more cowbell!!!

Anyone have some decent settings to try out for Gran Turismo? On all my previous bases, I was trying to toe the line between max strength, with acceptable detail. Now that strength is no longer an issue, I’m trying to find some settings that will get me maximum detail while running the motor somewhere in the 16+nm range.
