It'll have a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 from the F8 Tributo and 3 electric motors producing about 1000 horsepower.
 
Due to having a V8, it's clearly not a direct successor to the LaFerrari but the stats indicate this could outperform it in most areas.

Typical Ferrari looks from what I can see but I like it so far.
 
Car is due to be unveiled on May 29th under a private event. It's not an entry-level, either; 600K Euros & up easily. V8 alone is still pushing 720-730Hp. Referred to as the "BB", with an all-new interior. This is an important car for Ferrari for the upcoming years from what I've read.

Not saying entry level because of the price, but because of where it sits in the Ferrari hierarchy:
"Entry" Front V8 - Portofino
"Entry" Mid V8 - F8 Tributo
GT 4 Seater - GTC4 Lusso
GT - 812 Superfast
Hypercar - LaFerrari

Also the BB reminds me of 512BB, though this obviously won't have a flat 12...

Hearing it may also be called the SF90 Stradale. How fitting with disappointment.
 
Interesting. I wonder if Ferrari will bring a new "entry level" V8 model to slot at the old car's price point and performance? Something to compete against McLaren 570S.

I was hoping for something radically different, esp. when I read the interior is supposed to be all new and was nicknamed “BB”. I’ll wait til more photos come out as well.

I will say I don’t think it’s ugly either. I think the J50 is a beautiful car and this car sharing some clear DNA means it should look just as stunning. $600k for a 1,000hp Ferrari also isn’t all that bad with a second thought, but I definitely get a lot of the disappointment with the leak for the time being.
 
Looks rather classy lol.

I would prefer more pictures of front though so I can get a better idea of the headlights. A little mixed at the moment. They don't make me flinch like the 720S at least.

The V8 produces 780 cv (769 hp) and 800 Nm (590 ft lb) of torque and the motors create 162 kW (217 hp) for a total output of 986 hp. 0 to 100 kph in 2.5 seconds. 0 to 200 kph in 6.7 seconds. It has a top speed of 340 kph (211 mph). The batteries have a range of 25 km (15.5 miles). it weighs 1570 kg (3461 lb).

There's a lot of cool aerodynamic tidbits for downforce and cooling for the engine, batteries, and electric motor.

The electric motors for the front wheels help with torque vectoring. Brake by wire so the ECU can manage between the brakes and regen. Electric Traction Control manages the power from both the ICE and the motors. These three things are part of the eSSC (electronic Side Slip Control)

Front and side profile looks pretty good, but what were they thinking when designing the rear? That part looks like a Camaro down with the flu.
 
I like it. I like that they changed the rear lights but I'm not sure I like the square approach as it's very Corvettey.
I was thinking the same thing. I don't know all the different Corvette's, but that is the first thing that popped into my head, and after looking online it must have been the rear of C7 I was subconsciously thinking of.

I'm not sure if I like it or not. I measure Ferrari's against the 458, which I have found the most pleasing.
