This is the discussion thread for a recent post on GTPlanet:

Couldn't the 5th car be a new 20 mil car, as they are not available to purchase in the store, right?
If there is to be a fifth car, it will likely be one above the 10,000,000cr threshold for vehicles available in the PSN Store.
Only 4 cars that's it ? Or 4 cars that we already knows plus some mistery ones ?
I read it but i was confused..I take it you didn't read the article.

Smells like something from the pebble beach backlog to me perhaps. Maybe the Ferrari or the Maserati. For what it's worth, there's not many 10m+ cars from previous games left.
There's GT5's two Ferrari F1 cars (F2007, F10), which are unlikely. The Chapparal 2D and 2J were both 10m+ in GT5 but less in GT6, so possible but not hugely likely. And then there's the 1969 Ford GT40 race car.
We'll only know the update car count - if there's four, or if there's more - when Yamauchi posts the Twitter Silhouette.
Fun fact the Ferrari was supposed to be in GT6 but it was removed.Smells like something from the pebble beach backlog to me perhaps. Maybe the Ferrari or the Maserati.
I mean, I actually wrote about this within the article, but okay.not to mention new track information is also coming for stage 4 missing track information for R33 8/10 and R39 9/4 https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gtsport/news/00_3107863.html

How do you know?Nope, it’s Tsukuba and Willow, with the new cars. No new track.
"Know" is a strong word when it comes to Gran Turismo, but those are the tracks in the calendar for those dates:How do you know?
Ok that makes sense."Know" is a strong word when it comes to Gran Turismo, but those are the tracks in the calendar for those dates:

(not totally intuitive, but click the right arrow next to "July" to move to August's schedule)

They could be placeholders, of course, but it looks more like the gaps are there for TBA cars rather than TBA tracks.

Is what I would say if I was an 🤬 .
No circuit this time, 4 cars. The GT Sport is coming to the end of the road. I guess December 2019 to february 2020 will be the last update ever for this game.
Sure, let's go with that...No circuit this time, 4 cars. The GT Sport is coming to the end of the road. I guess December 2019 to february 2020 will be the last update ever for this game.
