I heard the same about 12 months ago when the 2018 World Tour Final was also held in Monaco.

I hope so. Now that I'm aware it's in November I can actually plan to have the time off If they can confirm this hopefully sooner rather than later. Gutted enough that I missed the Barcelona one as they announced It open within a week of It being there.
