The image of Kaz, this unknown guy, bursting into a hotel room of some German dudes to ask them to put their cars in a video game is amusing. I mean I'm glad he did because otherwise I probably wouldn't have learned what a Ruf even was till much later in life.

At a London ECTS PD event in 2000, Sony inadvertently gave me an internal PR guideline document with a PR Kit. The only thing i remember is that it asked PR people to prevent journalists to mention Porsche instead of RUF by any mean. The original intent to include RUF brand was probably that players believe they were Porsches in the game, but Sony Juridical Department apparently thought otherwise...
