3D Texturing (maya)

Hey

I'm doing my final year uni project, and I have done texturing before but much more simple shapes and textures used, and I haven't worried about them as much, as long as it got me the grade I was happy :P but this time I'm trying to actually make this as good as I can.

parts of my texturing I'm happy with but on this main building I just don't feel its very good, so I was wondering what you would do to improve it, its not quite finished, still a bit rough but still what ive done doesn't look quite real to me, thank you in advance for any advice!

The texturing looks okay overall, the reason the "realistic" element is missing is, in my opinion, more to do with the "flatness" of the picture; you need to render with lighting and ambient occlusion.
