49' Beetle detroys a stock lancia delta on grand canyon rally

what you will see is a remake of the original video, i had to re race the event because the replay was saved on a emulated ps3 and did not show up right on a PS2

Superb driving! 👍 Even though you're Beetle was tuned heavily that Delta wasn't falling far behind; but you didn't crack despite the Bugs handling and traction seriously lacking in comparison to the Lancia. Very impressive! Video quality is fantastic may I add; what did you use to record it?

i used a hauppage 1212, and recorded in 1080i by setting it in the gt4 menus,
the qauilty of that surprized me even today, i did not know the ps2 could handle that kind of graphics

Well Gran Turismo 4 was (apart from Tourist Trophy, which was based off Gran Turismo 4) the only PlayStation 2 game capable of 1080i resolution.

Actualy I did a race with my 5 year old cousin. He was driving a Nismo Skyline GT-R JGTC and I drove...the beetle. Track was Grand Valley Speedway. Guess who won?

You are Correct, its actuality a Song from Super Smash Bros Melee called "Poke Floats", the song it self is a remix of songs from the first Pokemon games on the Gameboy. the second song is from Vigilante 8, its called "Ghost Town."
