80710736 error

For the last fortnight I have had issues with connecting with GT5 with internet. When my game starts up I get a message from my PS3 saying "An error has occurred (80710736) and when I press circle I get an in game screen telling me "A connection to the server could not be established". After I press ok on the message I can select to play GT Life but If I do the same thing happens with the messages. The last couple days I have at least been able to eventually connect but so far today I've spent an hour quitting and re starting my game and router to connect to the server. I've searched the forum and so far I haven't been able to figure out what to do so can someone please help me?
