I can not seem to find 80s Japanese production cars! where could they possibly be? I am trying to finish all the Japanese World races!

Hmmm.... well I guess ill have to keep an eye out for them while I race elsewhere!

The above terse replies haven't made it clear: The "Historic Showroom" just south of "GT Auto" on the map is packed with nothing but '80s Japanese cars. Take your pick. There are always good ones available.

Yea I just found that out after I had posted. I was going to post but I was too busy playing. I feel like such a retard for posting this thread! sorry guys and girls :guilty:

I picked up an 85 Rx7 for pocket change and with a few mods won the 80's japanese race series. I am sure there are many cars that are better than mine, I just like the old Rx7s

Yeah, regrettably, I spent a MAJOR chunk of change on that race, buying a '79 Civic, fully modding it, and realizing it was a pile - :dunce: Then went and bought the '70 2-something Z and killed all them.

Edit: Dude, I just realized I'm talking about a completely different series :ouch:

the old z's that are found in the car lots can be some of the best cars to use.
you can get an 89 300ZX which is fast enough to be used stock. i think it's like 8 grand

Yep, this is what I used. But I'm biased toward these cars anyway... :sly:

lol.. i didnt think there was anything but Japanese 80's cars in the used car lots
That's what I was about to say. How many Honda Cities do you need?

And for what it's worth, guys, "Japanese" is still a derogatory term. It only takes 3 seconds to type out "Japanese".

^^^Agreed. However, Import is quicker. Funny how the import scene rarely consists of German cars. It's mostly referring to the Japanese imports.
Off topic now.
