99% Glitch Again

I have 99% with the platinum. All stars are earned. Goodwood, coffee breaks, one makes, lunar, all 4 rally races, red bull, missions, licenses, and even seasonals are all gold. Still reading 99%. Even unlocked the Bmw for running the arcade lap or whatever it is. Any ideas?

Did you turn one of your race wins to a second or third place when going for the "Who's Laughing Now?" trophy?

I did get gold on all the Senna events and I thought there was only 4 Sierra challenges? The last one was the 2014 Gt-r where it rains right? Have to check. For who's laughing now I went and got it later.

Make sure you won all the races in that series after having got the trophy...

I got 100% on 3 accounts and did it for a friend. Theres no 99% glitch. Your missing something.

My friends also have 100% so that's not the point. I am not saying it happens to everyone. I had 100% at one point and now I don't. Obviously something got messed up with the Sierra trials for me. I have let all new seasonal events cycle in and got gold on them all. Did not help. I have won every race. I have achieved gold on every Goodwood, Lunar, Coffee Break, Mission, Seasonal, Sierra, Senna, Red Bull, One Make race, and every license test. Then I tripled and quadrupled checked hoping for something to change with no luck. So yes, there in fact my be a glitch. I have literally looked at everything. As stated before I also have 100% of the trophies (obviously including the platinum and Senna add-ons) and unlocked the BMW from doing a race in arcade in Green Hell. I went back to a series I won all races in to get the "who's laughing now" trophy much later. I had that trophy back when I did have 100 percent in the past so losing a race I already won I doubt is whats messing it up. I am out of options! I will upload screenshots I guess.

I went down to 99% without knowing why, ends up I guess I did a race in the IA stuff and didn't win. It was a Championship. I know you said you checked em all, but check em all.
