A couple of general questions

A friend started hosting regular races on Saturdays, sent me a pm, told me to tell my friends about it...

Long story short, we've had two nice race weekends so far, but we'd like to also keep track of scores or points in some way. I suggested starting a regular series thread here, but I've got zero experience organizing races and keeping track of scores.

Can anyone give me a few pointers?

Can anyone give me a few pointers?

Check out my thread turtle racing league or any others. Basically make it look organized and professional also know that there is no copying when starting a league like if you want to use someone elses idea ask them for permission. Thats key.

Also reserve some posts to add info on that.

Ideas? The idea is we have a group of people who are doing endurance races on weekends, the host picks track, regulations and car restrictions and announces by psn message, I just want to make it easier and have a place to post results...

I hope that doesn't copy anyone's idea.

My biggest issue is taking down the results. I tried jotting them down, but people don't want to wait that long, saving endurance replays has not worked. I guess I need to snap screenshots at the beginning and end to note starting grid and race results. Unfortunately, that excludes the ability to get more data such as lap times or top speeds, etc.

I'll mention it in the lobby tomorrow and look at your threads, thanks for your help.

i always take a picture of the qualifying resluts screen and the end of race results screen.
