Ok, so something really weird has just happened to me.
First of all, I stopped paying for the domain that the email address I use for this account is registered on, so the forum got upset about that. Then I went to change the email address to my Hotmail one; this gave me an error saying it's already in use.
HUH?! First I've heard of that. Or so I thought...
So I sent a password reset to that email address and it turns out I set up an account - back before I'd read the AUP, apparently, and learned how to grammar - called happy_cake (a Sealab 2021 reference), this was in 2005 (I would've been... Oh... I was 18! How embarrassing) and posted twice with that account, then evidently completely forgot about it. Three years later I came back to sign up as neema_t, obviously having forgotten about happy_cake, I probably never even tried to register my Hotmail account as my own domain email was new at the time and I was registering for stuff all over the place with that one because, well, why not?
Anyway, long story short, I changed the happy_cake email to a third address I use for my US PSN account so I could change neema_t to my Hotmail address, so that's now fixed. However in the process I've lost my Premium membership... Assuming I'm not banned for violating the AUP, is there any chance I could have my Premium back please? Also, yeah, it goes without saying but please 'deal with' happy_cake.
