why are u on this thread if you aren't posting a tune?? follow AUP and stay on topic plz...trying to get these tunes ASAP.

If you are a troll please move along.

But if not, please don't lecture me about the AUP when your grammar looks like a disaster.

We spell 'u' you, 'plz' please. And begin sentences with Capitol letters.

oglog said I could get tunes from here, I just need to be persistent. they will come eventually.

Your flaw in logic starts with believing anything oglog says. That being said, there are a few random base tunes floating around the forum, so if you're desperate for one I'm sure you can find it. Otherwise you're welcome to search the forum to find anything you need to help you make your own tune. Welcome to GTP.

Just to let you know, it's a link to a transmission tuning guide for a drag racing cars. You need to discover more extensive tunes by looking it up on the Internet or even making it up by yourself.
You wont find it looking it up even mpre on the internet by the way and the point of the thread you posted it to show people the members here will not just be giving out tunes we have put time and effort into. But we are ready to help out eachother if one person needs help either learning the basics or learning the details of tuning for drag racing.

Like everyone else pointed out, only thing you are going to get here is pointers on how to tune. No one here is gonna be that generous and give you their tune. Another thing you have to understand is that no one knows how fast their tunes really are. Look at Master Shakes tuning guide and ask questions instead of being a beggar. Look how long it took for people to release top tunes in gt5, so please don't assume it will be any different here.

Suspension:
Ride height: max, min
Springs: max, max
Dampers dont really matter
Camber: 0.0, 1.0
Toe: 0.0, 0.0

Trans:
Reset to default
Move first far left
Dont touch second
Move 3rd to about 75%
4th - 6th far right. If it's a 5 speed, move 4th and 5th to the right.

No ballast
1st gear launch, shift at redline

This will work for all the cars you posted

:)
what's the point of this sub forum if you guys don't give out tunes?
:eek:Go to the GT5 forum! There's plenty there! Hope that helps:boggled:

Side note: Learn how to lose, then you can be fast.~Hyperspeed~

If I beat someone by a car, my message will be "gr"(good race) but if someone beats me by a car my message is "gfr"(good:censored:race). Why is losing better you might ask.... Because I learned something. I race that person a couple more times and I become faster!

Hello fastguy. I am new just like you here. It would be pretty dumb of you to just think anyone will hand out their best tunes for you. Its about being competitive. Why should someone do all the work just for your car to keep up with theres?

Couple post above someone gave you a base tune. Start with that and just work with it. Trial and error. Takes time to tune the cars.

It all starts with handing your tune over so others can "tutor" you in the right direction. I handed my tune over via PM to a member here and he has been helping me with one of my cars. Granted he is not tuning it for me. Just giving me pointers on what I should change and keep. Thats how you learn. But then again. I just didn't do a 'slop' tune to immediately get help. I took time out of my day to tune my car. I thought it was great until I handed it over. But in your case, it may seem you are to eager to be the best from someone elses work.

I started tuning back in GT5, but not tuning for drag. Whole different ball game, and you have to be willing to play on a one man team!

People just don't understand the time an effort.

Exactly. I spent roughly so far 2+ hours on my 00'SS tune and I am still not where I want it to be. And that is just tuning for motor only. Havn't even made my way to nitrous yet.

Need to think of it as writing an paper for school. Am I going to take the time to research and write my paper for a good grade. Knowing it came from me, and I can honestly say that I did a damn good job compared to everyone else.

Or am I going to cut time by 98% and find a paper online and roll with it. Hoping for the best. Wondering why everyone's paper got a better score than my 32%
