Eh em...

Hi! I'm gtsomething! Some of you may know me from GT4 but I highly doubt it! Worth a try anyways...

So! Back back back when (not long after the release or GT5P) I had made a thread on a GT5P drifting team, I sort of forgot about that thread and don't know it's situation to this date. Later later later on, I actually made that team, so far we have 3 people. Yours truly, Juniordee and PatS13 (all members here if you didn't know...). We're small yes, and we're canadian! Eh?

Eh...Don't really know what to say, other than me introducing our team to the GTP forums. I've held off this introduction for roughly a month since we officially got started up at the start of December. I've been holding it off because I wanted to make more videos for our team to display. So far, that's about all we do, is make some awesome vids 👍 . I think they're awesome anyways... We also have a website in progress! It's been going slow and is most likely going to continue slowly.

We are looking for more drivers, but we're being very strict on who we let in or not. Just letting you people know before you ask (if you plan on asking at all).

Meanwhile! Take a look at some of our work and tell us what you think! All comments (except for unreasoned and unnecessary hate comments) and any comments are accepted!

Am assuming you were thinking of Proton which had versions of the Lancer etc, but thats a Malaysian company soo even then...
 
we should make a thread for drifters - example with this update : 550 rwd event at 00:05 - 00:20 - 00: 35 ect ect many people drop into this site to check out the schedule - maybe others would like to join as well. I would really like to drift , but it's boring alone for 5 laps. Someone make such a thread - i'll join!

And nice drifting there man! wish i was that good.

nice drifting indeed. So what does it take to join this Drift Team? Are there available try-outs? I am decent at drifting. But i'm not 100% consistent. I can't wait for private rooms with nothing but Drifting! Are you guys drifting with DS3 or wheels? Let me know, i'm far from the best but definately don't suck! I go for style and smoothe drifts, not soo much high-speed or race drifting. n3 tires for me :)👍

I reformated to install ubuntu on my ps3, without realizing I totally forgot about my psn info. Lost all my trophies, everything...

Requirements to join this team are :
- You have to be Canadian :)
- You have to be consistent (gtsomething is an exception purely because he has the capture card...shh)
- you must love drifting and have the will to keep trying

-You don't HAVE to be canadian >.>... But it's a personal prefrence by us xD! Considering the fact that USA out-populates Canada by nearly 10x.
-And no drifter can be 100% consistent =P. (junior likes backstreet boys >.>)
-We filter our recruits carefully, to make sure the people can put in the effort when we need it. =).

We'd love to go to D1GT, although I didn't know there was one untill...well, now. I just got a wheel (G25...finally...) and I havn't used a wheel since GT1 (one of those ones that turn 90 degrees both ways). So it's taking me some time to get used to it atm, I might even enter using my DS3 if I can't get experianced enough with the G25. Funny though, seems the only person whos in good enough form to compete right now is Pat >.>... And this is why we need more recruits...

Someone asked on the first page if we use DS3's or wheels. I know Junior just got his G25 a bit before christmas, but used a DFP before that, Pat has always been using a G25, and I've been using a DS3 up untill yesterday where I began to fail with a new G25 violently shaking my table xD!.

hahha ic well heres my youtube page with some videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/snuffyboy3 . Let me know if you guys are interested, i'm not in it for competition, but would be nice to be involved with other drifters. I just can't wait for the game release for private rooms. I haven't tried the Drift chat, i will try one of these days.

Not sure how serious you guys are trying to get, i'm just in it for fun. :)👍

[edit]-don't like the backstreet boys themselves, but some songs are catchy. And if asked in public, i will deny it to no end. j/k.
