A quesition... and problem?!

1st. I know that you can adjust the force feedback, but can you adjust the rotation of the wheel, inother words, can I switch it from 900 degree to 200 degree?

2nd. It seems as if the wheel is not rotating the full 900 degrees, it locks at only 2 turns, not 2 and 1/2.
