Hey guys, I've been off this board for about a year.
Some of you may remember the very long weight transfer suspension setup write up I made - most of you probably don't.
Anyway, I am about to post my civic setup thread in a moment, but I wanted to point out in a seperate thread that the maximum and minimum range that the tuning scales allow is actually quite narrow.
So, if you are making 0.5 adjustments on your springs, or 1 or 2 points of adjustment on your roll bars and shocks and you don't notice any changes, slide that sucker to the end of the range.
for example, the civic fully adjustable race suspension maxes out the spring rate at 15kg/mm - which is roughly 800lb/in. There are real life civics that race in the US with rear spring rates that are twice that.
Also, 1 degree of total toe out is not that much, but its the maximum available on the civic.
Anyway, that may have already been pointed out before, but, if not... discuss
