A request about cross stitching!

This is a very odd topic for me to put on Gtp but I'm trying to help my sister.
She lost her cross stitch set for 'Mickeys self portrait' a few months back and after clearing up the last of the Xmas mess we found it again. Unfortunately insects have eaten the first 10 symbols on the instructions so she can't complete the picture!
Google has been of little help as the instructions are always covered up in images!

If anyone here has a relative who has one of these please message me the first 10 symbols/thread numbers of the instruction sheet I'll be extremely grateful!
