A sense of pride and accomplishment

what if someone at polyphony accidentally deleted everyone’s progress in gt7 worldwide and they were like “😳 ..let’s just keep the servers down an littleeeeee longer”

Grinding the same race for hundreds of hours to be able to afford the cars you want gives you a sense of pride and accomplishment.

And that's an argument some people are genuinely using here.

They didn't ruin the game because of the microtransactions guys, it's because they wanted people to be bored out of their mind. That's how Gran Turismo was always supposed to be, obviously.

Just like grinding however many hours to unlock Darth Vader in Battlefront 2, right? A grind is truly necessary for that sense of pride and accomplishment. Not overcoming a challenge, just wasting your time.

If you're stinky, react to this post with "poo" to show everyone how stinky you are.

people mentioned they could play for 5-10 minutes after the patch and had all their cars and progress. SO this is very unlikely
