I read on an italian car news site that from the next spring FIAT is ready to export Abarth brand in japan, there will be an abarth showroom in GT5?
Hopefully because the new 500, the grande punto are very cool cars and think at the old rally cars make by this great maker, old abarth 500, 131 124 ecc.

Abarth, as a brand, ceased to exist in 1971. The most famous cars using the "Abarth" name (probably the A112 and the Fiat 131), aren't "Abarth" cars, they're Autobianchis and Fiats.

If I recall correctly, the A112 Abarth was already in GT4.

In Enthusia we had the Fiat 131 Abarth (road version, not the rally car) and we had one "real" Abarth, the 100TCR. This last one is the only Abarth I have ever seen pictured in a game.

I knew what you sad, but now fiat has resurrected the brand as indipndent, here in Italy there are car showrooms that sell only Abarth Grande Punto and Abarth 500
The A112 Abarth was in gt4 but under the brand AUTOBIANCHI.

Ive never seen one, but heard of them, theyre just FIAT dealerships for Abarth named cars...

I think GT5 will not have Abarth as a brand!

My oppinion is Abarth will be associated to the Fiat group, like AMG to the Mercedes-Benz group, Nismo to Nissan etc...

But it will be very nice to have some Abarth cars like this one:

That probably will be the case, but tecnicaly it shouldn't happen Abarth are a seperate company owned by Fiat, the same as Alfa Romeo.

Not really, Abarth tune, but historically they have done thier own creations too. It would be nice to see a new Abarth branded car though I doubt that will happen for a while if at all.
