Academy prizes for the non aliens?

This years GT Academy has been about the quietest non hyped thing I've seen. I only knew about it this year cuz I happened to scroll over far enough after the last update to see the icon.

Anyways I know the ultimate prize is a seat in a real race car on a real race team. But for the non alien drivers does anyone know if we will get any cars or gear like in previous years? With round one being only one event, I have some extra time to let my mind wander.

No one knows yet, but I'm sure there will be some kind of prize for those achieving gold apart from the credits. Atleast if you get all rounds gold.

Last year I did the very minimum running, in that I completed a (poor) time in each of the rounds. I think I had just enough time to get a bronze in each, but it was enough to earn the prize car offered. I can't remember when there wasn't a car offered just for taking part so I presume it will be the same once again.

I`m pretty sure that the given cars will be available in ticket form or free DLC. But I haven`t read an official announcement about that.

The first academy I did (I think it was the 2nd year) you had to gold all segments of a challenge to get the car. Would be nice to know since there is always one or two events that the gold eludes me.

Gold has been a lot more reasonable on GT6 compared with the previous versions, so it should be easier to achieve if required. Just can't tell for sure really, there is nothing to say they will give anything away at all. I wish I could remember what I did last year, I can't remember if I got all bronzes or not....
