Accord handling issues

I have 3 accords, ( the 04, and both of the Euro-R's ) and they all share a common trait. The front ends chatter really badly on the crest of a hill. Anyone got any ideas? I've got them fully modded, with suspension set at defaults. I've tried to soften the springs, alter the ride height etc etc... no luck..

Make sure TCS is turned off. At the crest of a hill, its probably getting a little light, resulting in wheel spin. TCS is on, it will cause the drivetrain to hop a bit as it cuts in and out.
