Accumulated grime on cars during longer races

I'd like to see the buildup of dirt and grime on the cars in endurance races especially.

The fine oil and rubber spray from cars in front should accumulate on the noses of cars.

There should be a buildup around the wheel arches, and brake dust on the wheels.

That said, in Photomode, I'd like the option to remove the grime (and damage) so that the cars can look pristine in photos.

What made me think of this is that it seems no matter how hard I try to get a clean lap (so I can get clean photos), an unexpected AI maneuver results in a bingle and cosmetic damage.

Not dirt from crashing, just dirt from going off course and such. It's not much though.
