This car is literally just the 8th gen Civic Si, though the CSX was only offered in Canada.

No. According to Wikipedia, the K20Z2 was also used on the Japanese and Filipino market Civic, and the European market Accord. So this was the only use of the engine in any North American model.
 
^ But only the Canadian version (I think) that featured the 6-speed MT. I'm aware about the Civic 2.0S in Philippine-spec, but it was a lame one that only came with an AT.
