I watched the video. He sounded kinda nervous.

Yes, and he called back in yesterday to say that he had agreed to turn himself in to the FBI this morning (9/9/03) at the courthouse in Sacramento(I think thats where it was). He seemed calm but slightly nervous to me considering what is happening to him.

Yeah. If he turned himself in today, they said that they wouldn't put him in jail just yet. Leo said that if that is true, they might try to have him on TSS tonight.

Didn't Kevin Rose go to the court house with Adrian today? I thought I heard them say something about that.
