This is the mission that requires you to hop in your F430 and pass 15 cars that are better than you in 1 lap!? Impossible! I tried so many times and I am about to go crazy. I know many of you passed it and what can you do?

So apparently we're at the same level. I wen't nuts trying it, it really 🤬 me off. Also this mission has sparked a couple of threads in this forums, so perhaps you should try using the "Search" function before making a new one .

This post and this thread could help you out.

I thought it was fine leaving it without clearing it at the moment, I have to learn to admit when I'm defeated and my skills aren't top-notch. However after a stupid mistake I ended up without backing up my save data () and using another one from GTP which had everything cleared. Ultimately you could try that (Here's the one I used).

Do you know how many threads have been made about this! Make sure your are on Spec 3 because if I remember correctly that made the events easier.

Sorry about not searching. I really thought that this would not be a much talked about subject. I guess I should do more than I think.

Do you even think that this is doable? Someone obviosly had to do it but it's literally driving me insane.

Its definately do-able. I have gold in this event and I am nowhere near a fast driver. It took me a LOT of time to do it however, I managed to get bronze and unlock the special class and was then able to go back and tune the car to allow me to get gold

Yes it's doable. Just very challenging. This is still the one race/mission I can't gold every time on standard physics.

OK I just do arcade time trial to practice. How long did it take you to get there?

Its the first turn that always got me because it is too narrow going in. I hate the freaking DB9 because i feel it gets in the way while you are trying to turn in perfectly. 9 times out of 10 i found myself hitting the DB9 or braking way too much and i ended up getting 5th place. Luckily after about 20 tries i finally got 3rd. I have the replay saved. I would upload it to youtube somehow but i accidentally cut that last set of S turns. I took the wrong line and ended up turning into the grass.

The only thing you can do is turn-off the driving aids and slip-stream on the straights.Try to stay as close as possible to the
AI cars and if you think its hard then goodluck with the similar race in the f40 in the s-6 race.

I would not recommend downloading the saved game because after you try it few times and nail it that feeling is much better than just gettting it done by someone else.

For me A8 is still harder than S6. I can get gold on S6 every time (std physics) unless I go off track.

I love professional physics more. It doesn't correct everything you do and it makes sliding easier.

I've got all gold on the GT5P events and I'm not that fast if I'm being honest (currently 8000th in the GT5 time trial demo!) so it is possible. Can't remember how I did it but probably by using the side of other cars to get me round some of the corners and lots and lots and lots of practice and patience.

Std physics is definately easier, but it does not correct everything you do. I'm not sure what "everything" is that you're referring to... It doesn't correct anything actually. It just gives you more grip, especially when your tires are sliding.

Sorry for my unexplanitory words. I'm probobly, "younger" than most of the members here, forgive me.

By everything I ment oversteer and understeer, increases grip and traction, and is not very realistic. I have found it hard to slide turns or drift using the standard physics feature.
