Advice on a new graphics card pls

Hello there, I am in desperate need of a graphics card for my Sony Vaio laptop that my father just gave me, it is for playing the following games only:

C&C Series ( all of them up to and including Red Alert 3 )
Medal of honor series ( all of them up to an including Pacific Assault )
Battlefield 1942 Series ( all of them )

My current spec is

Processor:[/B] Intel(R) core(TM) 2 Duo CPU T7100 @ 1.80Ghz 1.80ghz

Memory ( RAM) 2038mb

System Type - 32 bit Operating System

Windows Vista(tm) Business

Can some one point me in the right direction for a graphics card that is going to work on this system, with nice graphics, and smooth gameplay, I have heard that certain motherboards cannot handle certain graphics cards, I am a complete novice when it comes to system upgrades im afraid.

Dont for get this is for a laptop and not a desktop PC

I live in England (GBR)

A laptop is going to be tricky to upgrade the graphic's card on.

Have a look at this:

And see if you still want to attempt it. I tried fixing a bad fan on my Viao laptop and it didn't go well.

Wow, didnt think it was so much trouble to be honest, I wasnt planning on doing it myself, but now im scared of letting anyone do it exept for sony, thanks for showing me the article, I think I'll leave well alone.

I'm not sure where to even buy a replacement graphics card. They aren't on the Newegg site.
