So there's a list on this forum for just about everything out there in GT5, but I've yet to see any sort of which cars have aero mods available to purchase - and I mean the front/side/rear aero not just a wing which you can by for any car.

So far, the only car I've found myself for which these parts are available is the Gallardo LP-560. I would like to assume that the cars for which Race Modifying is available would have aero mods available for purchase too, as I think that aerodynamic body mods are part of what's included in RM, but I don't know for sure, and as the Gallardo is not one of the cars for which RM is available, I suspect (hope) there may be a much larger list of cars for which body aero mods are available than just the ones which you can race modify.
So, does anyone have a list?
If not, but you've found a car that does have these available, chime in!

The '92 Mazda Autozam has two front aeros and two wings to choose from. These wings are different than the three wings you get on standard cars.

I can't be a help with specific models, but most of the ~80 cars in my garage have at least wing options. Obvious exclusions being some race cars and small things like the Midget. One example being the 458 Italia. I believe it has options for each element.

I want to know why the Countach doesn't have an option for the wing that you could actually get on it. I like it much better with the wing but don't want to put one on it that just doesn't look right.

I have the Spec V GTR, LP670-4 SV, '69 Camaro Z28, Ferrari F430 Scud and the LP560-4 (like you) which all have aero parts. The Audi R8 5.2 has a rear wing upgrade but thats it.

the sls amg also has a nice front lip add-on. Some of the old stang has prime colored aero parts but I thought they were ugly to leave them unpainted

Okay, so the list is growing. Keep in mind, you can put rear wings on just about everything - this is for cars that have more than just rear wings available in the aero category:
Gallardo LP560-4
Mercedes SLS
Spec V GTR
Murcielago LP670-4
F430 Scuderia
69' Z28
92' Mazda Autozam

Almost all the cars can get a rear spoiler. except some of the older classic/standard cars. Front, extension etc isnt available on most.

What i want to know is whether the different spoilers generate less or more downforce. There are sometimes 3 different ones available.

the 07 mazda roadster has a new front bar available
i have around 6 cars that i changed bars on ill have a look in my garage cause i cant remember them just now(1 was the lambo)

OK it's been a while since the game has been out and I was also wondering if specific models of cars get more than others.

Updated list

Gallardo LP560-4
Mercedes SLS
Spec V GTR
Murcielago LP670-4
F430 Scuderia
69' Z28
92' Mazda Autozam
370Z "full" aero
Rx-7 Spirit R "Front spoiler"

I also think some Silvias get more than just a wing. Lets keep this list going. I want more variety!

Ferrari SP1 - front spoiler....

Cost....

125,000

(YES, that's just for the front spoiler, it's another 75,000 for the rear)

Of course, like a fool, I bought it :dopey:

MacLaren F1 '94 = full aero
Nissan Silvia S15 aero = front and rear spoiler
VW Samba Bus = NO AERO but uber cool US Spec bumpers are available front and rear, However, the 'delux' trim is not on them :(

YES

Some spoilers do downforce up to level 40, other spoilers will go up to 60 (I think). There IS a difference.

I think wing 'c' gives the most downforce, however, this is a presumption, not a fact.

Honda NSX R Le Mans RACECAR - by adding the rear wing 'c' option you can have more rear downforce than the standard wing that comes with the car

I'd be more interested in which cars get adjustable front aero from the available front mods. I tried front spoiler mods on a Ford GT, some premium miata '07, and a McLaren F1. None of them provided adjustable front aero. This was a while ago on an unpatched game version. Haven't bothered checking again, but I sure hope they have changed this otherwise wing mods are worthless unless you want to look like a ricer and go slower.

Rear wings cause understeer without any front aero being added.

I recall adding the rear wing to an Enzo and it showed a fixed front aero of 2. Not sure if it had that front aero before, cause you can't check if the car is stock aero'd. Enzo might be one of those rare non-race cars with front aero, but I went back to stock on the rear and the car handled much better due to less understeer.

This may not help, but cars like the TVR speed 12 and NSX R le mans road car have adjustable front end aero as standard.

I've put alot of front end aero additions from GT auto on to my cars and almost all of them can't be adjusted, which makes me think why have they put them in this game..???

Cosmetics..??

aston db9

pretty much you can count on 80% of the premium cars i think... FACTORY ONES lol not premium from mines/re amemiya/etc

pictures should be up here :) just a thought. im just a little lazy to do so atm

yea.

vette c6 zr1 also gets aero.

my thing with aero is sure the RM is great! BUT, sometimes i just don't want all those GT decals and what not on the car. just simple and clean so i think this is a great alternative. also ISF for example i think looks way better with just its front lip than the RM package.

The Mustang Mach 1 and the R32 GT-R Vspec II both have aero mods. I think the Mach 1 has both a front spoiler and rear aero parts as well as some nice factory looking spoilers. The Vspec II I think has just front air dams and extensions along the front.
