Hi there, I have been looking for a budget camcorder below $100. Any recommendation? Most importantly it also has to be very portable, light and easy to use.

I think it might be good if you check out the expert reviews of various models along with their corresponding camcorder ratings, if there are any. That way, you can at least have an idea as to the value of the items you're considering to buy. Good luck.

From what I've seen with the "budget" camcorders (my wife asked me about one a few months ago), my 5 year old digital camera has better image size and frame rates. If you have a camera that takes video already, it might not be a bad idea to check out the specs and compare it to a few camcorders. You might be surprised.
