Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn has died

Rather shocking news today: Nobel prize winner Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn died yesterday at age 89.

I only started reading his books a few months ago and they are among the best I've read sofar. So sad to hear that this colorfull man has passed away.
