All Cars Free ARMax PAL Version Help???

Does anyone know if there is a code to make all the cars free for the PAL version of GT4 using Action Replay Max. I have looked everywhere but can only find it for Gameshark. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can get all the official codes off of the AR MAX website, i can't exactly remember what the address is though.
