This isn't really a straightforward trade, but instead I am offering to make you a new PSN account (any email/ID you choose) containing all the Chrome and Stealth cars.

It will include:

CHROME
Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro Chrome Line Edition
BMW M3 Coupe Chrome Line Edition
Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Chrome Line Edition
Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupe Chrome Line Edition
Shelby Cobra 427 Chrome Line Edition

STEALTH
Audi R10 TDi Stealth
Honda NSX-R GT500 Stealth
Mazda 787B Stealth
McLaren F1 Stealth
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Stealth
Nissan GT-R GT500 Stealth

Bonus: One gift ticket for whatever year you choose (1944-2010) which will give you a random car for that year.

This is the perfect way to start a new account for GT5 (perhaps a new GTP_ PSN?) and the only way to get the stealth cars if you didn't get the signature edition.

I'm looking to 'trade' this service for rare and hard-to-find cars. Open to offers.

I've had quite a few PMs, specifically what I'm looking for is:

Cars from B-Spec expert/extreme (maybe professional)
Cars from golds in licenses/special events
Rare cars from used dealership that don't come up very often

Just a heads up...they would have to download the cars to that profile once it was created...doesn't that mean they can download anything you purchase? or if you change the password, stop them from downloading any DLC??

The stealth cars are region locked, though. Which means I require a PAL disk to get 3 of the 6 stealth cars. Unfortunately, I have the US version.

Its a shame. I was really wanting a stealth Audi R10.

Just saying... but by you doing this "service" just makes all the stealth cars / chrome cars worthless and for the people who bought the signature pack, collectors edition for those cars unfair to them.

Its a 1 time deal, whats the difference if you purchased the CE, purchased the codes off ebay, or traded for a code? They still cant be gifted, i dont see how this has any effect on the "Worth" of a stealth/chrome car...

Ok if it's a 1 time deal it does make it better, but like I was saying I was simply speculating on the part where if it wasn't just a once off. You do realize a lot of people who are giving out or trading these stealth codes don't only have 1 but have maybe say a couple if not 10 copies of these codes? Taken from friends / people who work at game shops such as EB and ect and the workers there hand it out if it was like their business card. That's all I'm trying to say or give out a message lol.

The stealth cars will probably become excessively common, especially the McLaren (in the US at least). Hell, I myself have a stack of a dozen codes for the Stealth McLaren/Joey Logano Stock Car. However, Gamestop DOES eventually stop generating codes for them so it won't end up being too bad, no matter how many are used as leverage in a trade.

The chrome cars on the other hand are one time use, and come packaged in the actual collector's edition, so they won't spread like viruses.

what do you mean generating them? is it the same?? so they go and ask for a code and gamestop gives?

No whenever there's some kind of DLC code to go with a preorder, Gamestop gets access to whatever it is that generates the codes. They're all different, but for a set period of time Gamestop can generate codes. It's a lot like how you can now go and buy DLC at the store and it coughs up the code on your receipt... Same idea. It's always just another SKU you ring up on the transaction and instead of being a physical item, it spits out a code on the receipt. After a set period of time (usually around two weeks, enough time for preorder customers to get their game), the generator deactivates and the SKU does nothing from then on.

Sometimes that time window is a bit shorter, so I think there's an actual limit to how many codes can be generated... For example, Call Of Duty Black Ops came with an avatar outfit for your 360 avatar, and codes for that stopped printing after only about 5 or 6 days.

Most associates will probably be dicks and tell you that those things are for "preorder customers only" (preorders are a big deal, and if you didn't reserve it and expect a reserve bonus, they probably won't like you at all), but in reality it's like ringing anything else up, it just conveniently costs nothing.

I feel that stealth codes will be done with as of feb.1, 2011. So you'll either have one or not. I personally bought 2 cars off eBay for $14 each. Now you'll find one for atleast $20. Who knows the value once these codes are no longer being produced.
