ALMS for 2005

Can we please make a realistic list for who is going to compete in the 2005 alms season, and a thraed of all rumors


you can excpect the usaul

LMP1-
1 Champion Audi R8 (maybe 2 full time, but most likely a 2nd will be at the big three for alms)

2 Dyson Lola B01/60-AER (On Michelin tires this year)

1 Impressed Creation DBA-Zytek (To be at the big three also for sure)

LMP2-
1 Tracsport Courage C65 motor? (at sebring for sure)

2 Marshall Cooke Racing Lola B2K/40 Millington

1 Miracle Motorsports Courage C65 motor?

GT1-
2 Chevorlet Corvette C6-R (Supposably slower that the C5-R)

2 Aston Martin DBR-9 (Prodrive designed, factory backed)

? Reiter Engineering Lamborgini R-GT (Sources say will race)

1 Acemco Saleen S7R (Possably 2 at the big three)

1 Barron/Conner Ferrari 575 GTC (? Said they were devoloping)
GT2-
do i need to say? littered with porsche's a couple of ferrari's and a panoz somewere in there

this is what i have so far any advice would be appreciated, and try to make this a succesful thread for alms news
 
Champion will field 2 cars all year.
C6R will be debuted at Sebring.
Creation will be looking to do more then the big 3, they are also running the LMES but will fit in the races when they can.
Miracle will have 2 entries next year, Bucknam has folded up camp and will run a courage with them.
Aston Martin will be Sebring only then prep for LeMans, after that who knows.
Also figure Field and Dayton will be running something then the kid and maybe Liddell again in LMP2, although i think the kid will be in 2.
