Alternate Livery?

How can i get the alternate livery of some cars that PD has used in the cars in some of the career mode races, the AI driven ones such as the two examples below...

These were in the race and in replay and not custom liveries from other users, How can i get these and the other liveries that are NOT in Brand Central?

They aren't available in game for us to use but you can have a look here and see if others have made them.
