Basically, what you do here is create a list of cars to use in a event that dont already appear, blow away the competition or create a handicap challenge to the average racer.

For example, for the ff challenge, the TRD celica is a god car to use.

So what you're saying is, for the FF challenge, the best thing to do is to pick a fast FF car?

I think what he's after is a list of cars for each event that
a) Does not appear as an AI-entrant
b) Does not blow away the competition
c) Is not too inferior to the competition

For instance, a Mazda RX-7 for the El Capitan 200 race. It's not among the possible AI-cars for that event, it won't blow away the AI, but it's not all that hard to win with it either.

I don't really think this list will work because it will vary wildly from person to person in accordance with their skill level.

Alhajoth, I think your interpretation is correct.

Basically a list like this would start with the cars on the "stock thread" for each race since its proven that these cars can compete. You would then eliminate any cars that show up as AI opponents.

The list would become quite large if you listed all possible cars for each race, since you could modify cars that were of lessor quality, and therefore they could then compete.

I bet some of our long-term drivers like Smallhorses, Famine or Route_66 already have a list of their own that's similar to this.

I'm not that imaginative, so I usually just try out the cars that show up as AI opponents.

This thread is pointless, due to its vague topic and content.
