Amazon pre order bonus?

Did anyone here pre order from Amazon? If you did, did you get the code for the yellow enzo? I got my UMD copy today from Amazon but it didn't come with a code. No code from PSN and no code from Amazon.

Didn't order from Amazon but I did pre order from a store called game. Have the same problem as you where I am yet to receive my pre-order bonus code.

I pre-ordered from Amazon and didn't get a code either....

I ordered from Amazon Japan and got a coe included with the game for the lambo and opened up the package and there was a code of the ZR1.

I preordered from the german Amazon, I´m waiting for something to happen as well
